Produced and bottled in Tuscany, our oil respects all phases of the production cycle established by the Tuscan Oil Consortium, from the olive harvest, carried out directly from the plant by hand, to the pressing, right up to the packaging of the product.
The oil is characterized by a medium fruitiness and a perfect balance, accompanied by the aroma of green leaves. Due to the very low yields obtained, the oil is distinguished by a sweet, delicate, harmonious flavour with a normally very low acidity value. It is excellent raw on salads, grilled meat or simply on a slice of Tuscan bread.
The oil is packaged, depending on the requests, in 3L, 5L cans or in 0.5L and 0.75L glass bottles and even 100ml for those who want to take it by plane. The label shows the name of the manufacturer, the quality mark, the year and the production batch.
